The Historical Society of Sarasota County 
As an interior designer and decorator, I would make an offer of supplying the window shades or treatments at my cost. This would require the Historical Society in selecting the style, color and manufacturer of the shades and then have a competent person, such as Phil Stevens take measurements. Upon receiving all the above information, I will place the order and have the treatments shipped to the HSOSC’S address. I believe Phil is competent and has the correct equipment to install the shades.
